Terms of Use
Last updated 25 August 2026
These Terms apply when you visit tingting.dance, create a Tingting account, or use a Tingting workout or program. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Minors must have a parent or guardian review these Terms and supervise their use. Give us accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account.
2. Workout safety
Tingting provides general dance and fitness education, not medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy, or personalised training. Physical activity carries risks including falls, strains, injury, and aggravation of an existing condition.
Check that you have enough clear space, wear suitable footwear, use stable equipment, warm up, follow instructions, work within your ability, and stay hydrated. Stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or become unwell. Seek urgent help when appropriate.
Before starting, get advice from a qualified health professional if you are pregnant, injured, have a health condition, have been inactive, or are unsure whether an activity is suitable. You choose whether and how to participate and remain responsible for your surroundings and limits.
3. Acceptable use
Use Tingting only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or overload systems, upload malicious material, impersonate someone, abuse others, reverse engineer protected components, or use our content to create a competing product. We may investigate misuse and suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary.
4. Content and third-party services
Tingting branding, site design, program structure, text, graphics, and original workout content are owned by or licensed to Tingting and are protected by applicable laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service personally. Embedded videos and links may be provided by YouTube or other third parties; their terms and privacy practices also apply. References to artists or groups do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Service changes
Features, programs, availability, and any free offering may change. We may correct errors, remove content, or pause the service for maintenance, safety, security, or other operational reasons. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. If paid services are introduced, additional purchase terms will be shown before payment.
6. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Tingting is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by your unsafe or unauthorised use, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Any other implied warranties are excluded to the extent the law allows.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, liability, and dispute provisions—survive account closure.
8. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes apply after reasonable notice where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. Questions can be sent to hello@tingting.dance.
